The 2025 AI Expo is designed to help you go beyond the basics, reimagine what is possible, and take bold next steps in using AI to solve real-world problems.

This in-person event will bring educators, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community members together to explore how AI transforms work, learning, and life. Whether you're just starting out or actively integrating AI into your workflow, the 2025 AI Expo is the place to start finding the tools, training, and inspiration you need to move forward with purpose.

Dive into optional AI Skills Workshops designed for both introductory and intermediate levels. These sessions will help you explore tools, build confidence, and walk away with practical skills you can apply immediately.

General admission is free and includes access to all AI in Action sessions from 1 pm - 4:30 pm.

Want to join the Luncheon Keynote?
The Luncheon is not included with the AI Expo Session ticket. Add the $30 Luncheon Keynote ticket during registration to save your seat.

STEM Summit attendees are already registered for both the Luncheon and AI in Action sessions through their Summit pass.
It is recommended that attendees bring a device for the skills workshops.

​The AI in Action: Use Case Showdown is where real-world AI meets rodeo grit. This high-stakes, high-energy competition is the main event of the 2025 AI Expo — and your chance to take the reins and show how AI is driving meaningful change.

Selected presenters will ride into the spotlight with 8 minutes to wrangle a big idea, followed by a fast-paced Q&A. Then, the crowd decides who takes home the Fan Favorite cash prize.
