This full-day event will bring together educators, business leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit professionals, students, and community members to explore practical ways artificial intelligence is transforming work, learning, creativity, and problem-solving across North Central Washington.

The day begins with coffee and networking, followed by a morning of choose-your-own-learning breakout sessions across multiple rooms. Attendees will explore practical AI tools, real-world applications, workflow support, decision-making insights, and emerging integrations for a range of experience levels.

After a midday break for lunch on your own, everyone will come together for an afternoon keynote experience, live demonstrations, and the AI Use Case Showdown, a showcase of real-world AI in action. The event will conclude with a networking reception in the lobby hosted by Native Network.
Whether you are just beginning to explore AI or already using it in your work, the AI Expo will help you discover new tools, connect with others, and take your next step with confidence.

AI Use Case Showdown
Presented by:
The AI in Action: Use Case Showdown, presented by Microsoft, brings real-world AI to the main stage at the 2026 AI Expo. This featured competition is designed to highlight how AI integration is moving from possibility to practice, helping people solve problems, improve workflows, support learning, serve customers, uncover insights, and create meaningful impact.

Selected presenters will share practical examples of how they are using AI in their business, classroom, organization, creative work, or community. Strong use cases may include AI-supported automation, data analysis, content creation, coding, customer service, research, decision-making, operational efficiency, or other applications that others can learn from and adapt.
Four finalists will be selected to present live at the AI Expo. Each presenter will have 10 minutes to share their AI use case, followed by 5 minutes of live Q&A. At the end of the showdown, the audience will vote to help crown the Fan Favorite.
If you are using AI to save time, improve a process, strengthen your work, or build something new, this is your opportunity to share your story and inspire others to put AI into action.
