Technology Program Manager

In this capacity, the chosen candidate will have a unique vantage point overseeing a variety of technology programs from conception to their impact assessment. It calls for active outreach, tight-knit collaboration with stakeholders, and an ability to operate independently. Knowledge of basic technology applications is essential with an eagerness to learn and share about technology trends. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Although primarily based in Moses Lake, the role involves two-day work stints in other communities each week.

For this role, we will be providing an office location in Moses Lake. The individual hired will work in Moses Lake/Grant County three days a week and two days a week in Wenatchee.

• Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish

• WA State Driver’s License

Hours are typically Monday through Friday but there is a lot of flexibility in terms of what hours each day. Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends. Local travel (within 2 hour's drive) for program work is required and candidates must have their own transportation. For this role, we will be providing an office location in Moses Lake.
