About the Position
NCW Tech Alliance is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating programs across all stages from planning to execution, and requires the ability to create structure and systems for each program. You will work with community stakeholders and partners to ensure we are meeting the needs of our communities. You will be responsible for advising NCW Tech Alliance staff and Board Members on how the non-profit can best connect and bring resources to the community. The position requires accuracy, sound decision making skills, clear communication with coworkers and partners, and the ability to prioritize work on a continual basis to ensure the needs of members, partners, and NCW Tech Alliance are met in a timely manner.
Administer and oversee growth of programs across the organization
Create program plans/templates, compile details, and prepare program to be executed
Manage program timelines and assigned budgets
Identify prospective participants for programs
Track program impacts and outcomes, and develop metrics to assess program success
Advocate and promote the mission of NCW Tech Alliance with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
Support team with all NCW Tech Alliance events
Other related duties as assigned
Programmatic Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
1) Digital Equity Initiative
2) Digital Skilling Programs, including: Community Skills Initiative, UpSkill-A-Thon Competitions, Computers for Community, Learning Labs, and Tech Help.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite.
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Adapts to change in a positive, professional manner.
Consistently handles all requests in a positive manner.
Excellent meeting facilitation skills and planning, both online and in-person.
Excellent project-management skills with a strong understanding of workflow.
Ability to network, build relationships, foster trust, and collaborate across diverse audiences.
Understanding and commitment to the practices of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
1+ years of experience coordinating or leading programs/projects.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish
WA State Driver’s License
Hours are typically Monday through Friday but there is a lot of flexibility in terms of what hours each day. Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends. Local travel (within 2 hour's drive) for program work is required and candidates must have their own transportation.
